Considering I met my husband, the lovely and beloved lederhosen, (thanks to the Evil that Fluffs), and from him many many more, it's easier to name the ones on my friends' list whom I had met in other ways.

waitingman, my chief bridesmaid, and a good and close friend for the last 16 years.

da_norvegicus, my son, quatranoctal, my other son and his girlfriend xmas_chan.

_finbar_, mredragon and wanos through work.

sarin_girl across a table at ACON, then again through my brother (although he met him online), and then through her to xenex and sapia.

Everyone else is an online contact one way or the other.
