While not actually a member of the SCA, I would strongly recommend today's issue of The Quarter, produced by the good people of the Barony of the Southern Wastes (Incipient) (The Antarctic).

Certain readers will find the article on SCA fencing to be rather accurate. I, however, deny utterly the truth behind "Are you addicted to fabric".

And be sure to check out their pictures of their Antarctic meetings. I suppose fanatics will find a way to do their thing anywhere they go.
