My mother cleaned out what used to be my old room in Wahroonga. Apparently there were 10 boxes of Dad's magazines, and 10 boxes of my brother Ben's magazines, all of them dating back to the 1980s. So they're sitting on the front lawn, hoping for a new owner.

Sadly, though, the lovely dark purple shag carpet that I especially asked for in the 1970s is coming out. (*sobs*)
