Dear Real Estate Agents.

I have cancelled my subscription to the site that should be automatically sending me those properties that should meet my requirements.

Why?

Because you tell lies.

Total and utter porkies.

I ask for "House, townhouse or warehouse (we need a back lawn for Cuton);particular suburbs (with decent public transport); at least 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 car space; price range $X->$Y".

I have repeatedly received ads for:

Houses with a price range starting HIGHER than $Y
Apartments, particularly 2 bedroom apartments with no outside.
Terrace houses with no car area in busy suburbs where the chances of you parking outside your place are close to Zero and the chances of your car being there when you come back are even less
2 Bedroom older houses at the top of our price range (no hope that we could afford to extend)
Places not just in the suburbs beside where we requested, but on the other fricking side of Melbourne and miles from anything
Etc.

And I was totally blaming the Real Estate agents, and then I went to the site and found the place to put in your own ad - and it does have hard limits on these!

So I won't be using you, the Domain site, any more.

It's over to Realestate.com.au for me
