A fox in the snow

When you leave your nice little motel in the NZ highlands, and you don't have a particular route in mind as you have almost 2 whole days to get only 200km...

It probably was the best decision, once we'd spent an hour running behind an snowplough and then another gently navigating through streets with nearly 8 inches of snow on the sides, to head straight for our final destination, for fear the roads would be snowed in and we wouldn't be able to get to our plane.

Away for 2 weeks with minimal internet access, come home and I have about 2 thousand entries to catch up on!

Mind you, I can go back only 600 entries for straight journals. The "mixed" feed goes to 990 but that only took me to Sept 14th, and I needed to get back to the 4th. On the straight journals I could get to the 6th. And I just don't have the energy to check the feeds and groups.

So if anyone did anything important in the last 2 weeks and I haven't squee'd or hugged, could you let me know?

In other news, someone has once more USED UP A LOT OF INTERNETS out of our limited supply. Expect news of severe beatings and screams of agony from the Chadstone region soon.
