And what did I manage this weekend?

The marmalade, and a bit of ironing.

It's Blood Orange and Normal (donated by 17catherines) Orange and syrup from Candied Buddha's Hand Citron marmalade. With sugar and pectin. And water. That's all.

Mind you, the marmalade, after sitting all night and staying in "orange syrup" mode, finally took the hint (after two packets of "Jamsetta") and set. Actaully, it may just be a little bit on the jelly side. Oh well.

So - 6 smaller jars, 4 larger, 2 tall (ex-jam), 1 really big, and 2 little cute ones. Should be enough to cover Christmas 2011 "Aunts and Uncles" gifts and still leave enough for assorted people who have drooled upon hearing of it indicated an interest.

And I'm feeling rather smug. I was worried I didn't have enough jars, then I thought I had too many, then I poured the very last of the marmalade into the last jar and it just nicely filled it.

Nom.

Ahem - back to the ironing...
