I've given up on my FF program. I've been around the world four times in the last decade, a number of times to Europe and the US from England, and umpteen times across the Tasman, and I still cannot get any FF flights booked via United. "Oh yes, there's one flight to Vancouver at 2am on Wednesday, but there's not one returning that you can use your miles on. No, you can't claim your miles on a one-way trip either."
