The joys of motherhood.
May. 17th, 2001 12:59 pmThe lad's got chickenpox. On his back, on his hands, through his hair, even on his tongue. And because it's not that serious a bug at this stage, he's full of energy and can't stop scratching.
So I'm stuck at home for a week looking after him. Although I'm tempted to hit his father for a day's worth.
So maybe the place will get cleaned, and the washing up done, and the homework finished, and the mending completed. And all the rest of it. Because I feel guilty enough with having to miss Uni that I ought to do something to make up for it.
This is a pretty pointless rant. But then I feel pretty pointless right now.
