Why is my body doing this?

I have this nagging slight congestion on the lungs that is bugging me, and still a slight tightness on the chest that keeps feeling like my asthma is not under control. Actually, it probably isn't under control, despite the higher doses of steroids and Ventolin that I'm taking. Which doses are, by the way, making me as jittery as a caffeine addict on extra amphetamines.

More frustratingly, I have stuff all energy. One hour out yesterday at the Queen Vic Markets had me almost falling over. A little over an hour perusing volcano porn left me shaking on a chair and cursing the cafe for closing. Today, I managed one of the five job applications I need to do - luckily I have a couple more days to do them in.

I don't need this right now.
