Rental house inspection is due at 4pm.

At 3:58pm I was completely ready.

Obviously I've forgotten something really important...

Edit: He was in a hurry, glanced around and declared everything was fine. I had to MAKE him check the bathroom because DAMMIT I SPENT AGES CLEANING THAT!

When I left Squirrel Hill after buying my house, I spent a week cleaning the place for the landlord, but she was elderly and couldn't climb the steps to inspect it. She took my word for it and refunded my security deposit without looking.
