Things about New Zealand

reynardo1) For some reason there are a lot more Unisex loos here.
2) Also a lot of $10 T-shirts (and $10 NZ = $8 Aus)
3) Alas, Possum fur by itself doesn't make a good yarn, and is usually mixed with Merino wool. (Alas, because sheep wool, while lovely, makes me itch and sneeze)
4) You can hope for sun on a holiday. You can expect rain. But SNOW??????
5) Little lambs are cute.
6) Little lambchops taste yummy.

lederhosen obviously looks more like a woman in NZ than he does in Aus.
8) Volcanoes are cool!
9) So are Glaciers
10) And so are Fjords. Especially when someone else did the driving to it.
One more night here then back to Aus. We're tossing up whether to drive south, west or both - there are SEALS and PENGUINS and MORE BABY LAMBIKINS!
