Doesn't make sense though - you can read it through any other Australian ISP. There's no "This page has been intentionally blocked" screen - it just looks like the site is down until you try it elsewhere.

I had to go through a ridiculous amount of work myself to get Optus to admit that they *have* blocked it, after they lied about it. Our Ombudsman is about to get a rather lengthy submission.
