More news on the travel front!

reynardoHeya - this is a more serious itinerary, as we're booking tickets in the next couple of days.
16th September fly Syd - LAX, then early on the 17th, fly to Manchester, NH. Pick up a hire car and try to remember to drive on the right hand side to Home of the Shoggoth Pond, Maine.
Saturday 17th, Sunday 18th, Monday 19th with the squirrel pair, and then Tuesday off to Mass to give the Mayos a hard time. Friday 23rd down to the bonfire night and the wedding on the 24th, then rest day the 25th before driving south that afternoon to Johnson City.

torin3, malada and deor, I need to know your closest airports, and the closest BIG airports. that way I can calculate how to get in and out of your areas. To give you an example, to get to the treerats, we were going to fly to Bangor, about 2 hours drive away. But it turns out it's $500 each to fly there but $200 each to Manchester NH (a three hour drive away.)
Sunday night 25th, Monday 26th withdeor and malada, and Monday night 26th and Tuesday with torin3.
We're due to fly out of LAX on Sunday 2nd October evening, so will try and get in on the Tuesday 27th evening or Wednesday 28th morning. Hopefully we can then catch up with the three wise sisters ofskwerlbuddy, chaos_rose and darkrosetiger over those days from Wed 28th to Sunday 2nd October.
And then off to Hawaii for some hot lava action, flying from Honoloulou to Sydney on Thursday 6th.
Of course, if any of these dates aren't suitable, please let us know. we'll try and work around as much as possible.
