Hi there - me again.

Firstly, yes, it's late September we'll be there.

Next - if the tree-rats squirrels are ok with the 17th pick-up, then we'll do it that way, get the car in Portland on the way out on Tuesday 20th and head down to Mass from there.

silmaril, my dear, if we could stay with you we would be very grateful. Are you a TimTam sort of a person or should we bring macadamias? And we'll trust you on the food side of things.

brandtotter, I'll check with our travel agent tomorrow about the various bits and get back to you. That reminds me - time to book those intra-USA flights tonight.

Pickup in Manchester, Saturday 17th September, assume you'll email one or both of us with flight info when that's locked in, drop off in Portland on Tuesday 20th September at wherever you're getting your car, sounds like a plan! (Depending on time of day, allow 1.5 hours or so to get to Portland from here, but The Other Squirrel is an early riser and I'm volunteering him if you need to get on the road early. It's probably about 3 hours from Portland down to Casa de Mayo but we can confirm that with him later.)

Oh, September not August. That makes things easier. I was partly hesitant because there was a chance my mom and sister would be visiting in August, but late September is clear.
