We have to sign up for tutorials on line. To do this, you must be properly enrolled in the subject. Also, your access to the course documents is determined by this same enrolment.

I have 2 subjects: Electronics and Maths 3. My maths 3 enrolment got stuffed around for a while, but it's finally on - only in the area where you choose your tutorial times. This is not a major problem because the lecturer didn't trust the system and we had to sign up manually. Mind you, it would help greatly if our lectures were in a room suitable for the number of students - the room holds about 50 and we've got at least 75. I suppose overcrowding is a small problem to the administration.

Mind you, because only the tutorial area seems to be aware of my enrolment, I am unable to get the lecture notes. Yet another thing to have a long talk to Campus Services about today.

Electronics was up and running, and I was able to find a tutorial time that suited, being Wednesday mornings before the maths lecture. I printed out the timetable so I knew what was on.

Now I've gone back to check the maths tutorial stuff, and it seems the electronics tutorials have been changed and I wasn't notified. They've now moved my tutorial time to Tuesday afternoon - straight in the middle of the maths lecture.

I am not impressed.

Last year they did this - got us to sign up for all these times, then changed the whole lot around and re-timed us.

I'd like to be able to chop and change, but I have a small person at home whom I don't want to muck around either. And I have other commitments. How can a person organise their life when someone keeps changing it?
