Yes, we have moron customers. Yes, sometimes you work with monkeys who haven't been trained out of certain bad habits. But the pay isn't bad, and they do have a reasonable work ethic (Which seems to be "Working in a call centre sucks, so let's do fun things and encourage individuality to try and make it a little more bearable").
And yes, you'd get to work with me. Perhaps.

Or maybe because management didnt give a rats arse about technical skillz and just wanted bubbly, vapid customer service people. Who can say? I'm betting cable was/is different though. Still, there aint no way in all nine levels of hell I will ever work in a role like that again. :)
