Does anyone know of a good site for posting podcasts, or just large files generally? I just recorded my first one (a reading of that classic tale Lucius Malfoy and the Wibbly Wobbly Wand), and as an MP3 it takes up 9MB for 6 minutes worth. My current provider allows 10MB per username, so if I want to record any of the longer ones, it'll take a really big website.

And if you *do* download the reading, yes I know I stumbled a couple of times. I'll redo it later.

Fanfiction writing meme - Day 4

4 – Do you have a "muse" character, that speaks to you more than others, or that tries to push their way in, even when the fic isn't about them? Who are they, and why did that character became your muse?

In one simple word - no.

I seem to be able to keep them in their separate little compartments. Admittedly Hermione has shown up in a majority, but then she is a major character - and she doesn't show at all in Still Life with Dogs unless you can count the snark at a nameless model with Burberry. Neither did she show up in many of the shorter pieces - the Severus Last Writer challenges, or some of the Rare Pairings.
