What we've been doing.

Saw Pan's Labyrinth tonight with my beloved lederhosen, the wonderful shadow_5tails, the dependable asagwe, and my dear da_norvegicus. I shan't spoil it for those wanting to go. Just don't expect light-hearted. It's definitely not The Nightmare Before Christmas, but the story and the characters and the creatures were ... amazing. Awe-ful.

Yesterday, I was the richest woman in the whole world. I had wonderful people in my house, and while I made breakfast, I had the glorious bounty of the voices of shadow_5tails and 17catherines as they warmed up ready for ravenseer's wedding. To be listening to a glorious rendition of the Flower Duet from Lakmé that reduces one to tears and melts one's heart, on a beautiful morning, with good friends and family around, is a moment I shall treasure forever.
