Things not to do when you're tired and emotionally fragile:

1) Try and reason with an abusive customer. (Luckily, he insisted on a team leader, then when he tried to make trouble with him, got told where to go)

2) wash delicate glassware or clothing (it can damn well wait until tomorrow)

3) Read turnberyyknkn's beautifully written and humbling stories, especially some of them.
