Melbourne Picnic Today for them as wants

Short Notice Specials present, for one day only, an afternoon tea picnic with redheads!
As many of you may know, we are in town for the weekend. Mostly we will be tied up with Family Stuff(tm) and nasty things like early mornings that prohibit dancing (sad, wuffly noises) but a small window of opportunity has appeared for those who want to catch us.
What: A picnic afternoon tea
When: Today - 10th November 2007, 3-5:30pm
Where: Albert Park, near the Community Playground on Aughtie Drive - Mel Ref 2K F10; closest public transport Tram 96 (Middle Park Stop)
Bring: Everything you might want. Food, drinks, picnic blankets (given the weather this evening, the ground will probably be damp), people who really should be there but won't see LJ in time, chocolate for the kitsune messenger...well, one can hope, right?
Wet Weather Plan: Currently, "be scary gothy geek-types and commandeer one of the barbecue shelters." If the weather is truly horrific, contact ourselves and we'll flail a bit and come up with something?
Hope to see some of you there - let us know if you're likely to head down?
NOTE: The Bureau of Meterorology say today's UV Index is 10 [Very High] - UV Alert from 9:10 to 16:50. If you tend towards burning, take appropriate precautions? I for one prefer my friends not-crispy!
Note: We'll be heading for the Queen Vic markets before, so won't see any answers to this post. It's a really ad-hoc solution, sorry, but if we could just get the Portal set up properly between Sydney and Melbourne...
