Can they be trusted?
Apr. 14th, 2008 09:47 pmMy little boy, my very beloved
da_norvegicus, takes off in 5 minutes to Japan, in the company of his maternal grandparents.
When first my mother suggested the holiday to go and visit my little baby brother (who happens to be 6'3" and 35 years old), I was a little concerned that my son would be a burden on them, that he would cause irritation and not take their age into account.
Having just got back from the airport, I'm very very glad he's with them. They had completely forgotten about the rules for liquids, and we had to buy them an additional bag when we realised that they still had their shampoo with them. My father, a very clever man, is starting to lose his memory. And they both need a young body to carry the luggage for them.
My boy will be fine. I just hope my parents will be.

Your son should be fine, and his prescence helpful.
