This has got to be one of the most pathetic tries at photoshopping. Her hair, to the last bit, is exactly the same from one side to the other. Supposedly 2 months has gone by, but the foliage hasn't changed a leaf. Or it could be plastic hair and plastic leaves...

You be the judge. The hair and face seem to be static, but the background appears to be slightly different between the two shots.

It you watch, its just been cropped closer. The thin shot is slightly closer in - but that's only done by zooming.

Dunno. The plant under her arm on the right side seems to be smaller in the after (thin) shot. Also, if you watch, her boobs seem to go up and down, too.

Sorry. Was a bit distracted there. Simulated bounce, and all that.

Anyway, wasn't trying to prove one way or the other. Just scaled the pictures to the same size, overlaid them, and then animated between them. I'll let the viewer draw their own conclusions.

From a technical standpoint, the pictures appear to have been taken from two different points at the same location. If you took a picture, moved back a foot, and took the same picture again, the shots would show the parallax effects you see when you scaled the subject to the same size. If you're going to 'shop a picture, most people won't go to the trouble of moving the camera slightly for before and after shots, because it doesn't occur to them that it would make a difference. Could be a savvy 'shopper, but I dunno.
