If I'd made it, I would've included one of those tiny recording things you can get to create spoken messages for greetings cards, and hooked it up to a light detector. Then it could say appropriate Renesmee lines when the top comes off.
I have a knitted uterus with fallopian tubes and a cervix and everything. I spun the yarn and dyed it cotton candy pink, and my friend Rora did the knitting.
