You ring the number in a foreign country, bungle the time difference & are told to call back during office hours - 3am in your country. You do so, only for the first automated voice question you're asked to be "What's your SS number". Being of course unable to supply it, the recorded voice advises you cannot proceed with your enquiry unless you provide your SS number & either returns you to the main menu or terminates the call.
You call back & when asked for the number, declare jihadic allegiance to Osama Bin Laden, then sit back & wait for the government to come to you...
