And while we were up the hill, we had a visitor. A wallaby hopped right out to our group, and was very much obliged, thank you, for the water we gave it. (No, we wouldn't give it processed food, but water should be all right).
The wallaby's ears looked rather damaged, and it seemed to be blind in one eye. It was, however, careful when it came to our lot. Wise wallaby.
