That sucks, but ask them why. We were decline for a place once and I bugged them to tell me why and it turned out someone else offered more money for it, which gave me a chance to counter offer and it worked.
Yes, but when you have to be out of your current place in two weeks, there is no where else to go to, you have no family to turn too.. you kinda have to do whatever it takes to get a roof over your head.
