The Steaming Rack
A letter I have just written to an electrical goods company
Greetings,
I recently bought your "Rice Express" rice cooker. One of the pieces that came with it is the "Steaming Rack". This is mentioned in the instruction book (Issue 4/06) as being something you should wash before use, but not in a dishwasher.
Nowhere else is there any mention of the Steaming Rack, what it does, where it goes or what it's used for.
I assume it doesn't go inside the cooking bowl as the instructions very clearly state "Never use metal utensils inside the non-stick removable cooking bowl".
So what is the steaming rack for, please?
Regards
(Reynardo)

lederhosen's post,
da_norvegicus has managed to use half our internet allowance in 3 days. So we're on no-pictures no-non-essential-downloads and hoping to make it a bit further before we get speedcapped.
And the compost heap in the backyard is likely to get fed very soon now...
