Well, OBVIOUSLY Cthulhu doesn't have a mere countably infinite number of tentacles! In fact, Cantor's insanity was caused by trying out his diagonal argument on Cthulhu's tentactles.
Cthulhu doesn't have any tentacles in a way that, say, we have fingers. We perceive tentacles but that's because the reality is too horrible to comprehend and our brain simply presents us with an image we can understand.
