Or you could have a bad case of feline sibling rivalry, where the pre-existing cat ignores the new cat entirely and snubs anyone who pays attention to her, and the new cat pads around the house wide-eyed trying to do everything the pre-existing cat does, except, being twice the size, she doesn't fit. Like a little brother, only bigger.
