Official Weight: 95 kgs
Goal Weight: 80 kgs
Remaining: 15 kgs
Weeks On: 0
Loss This Week: 0 lbs.
Total Weight Loss: 0 lbs.
Expected methods:
Reduction in sugar, chocolate and high-fat foods, replacing where possible with fruit and healthy snacks.
Exercise. Ride bike, walk to train.
Timeline - something sensible - probably about 15 weeks. The last time I did this sensibly I'd lose weight for a few weeks and look no different, then the weight would stay steady while the size dropped. This is normal.
If the weight stays the same but I get fit, then I will be happy. I don't mind being a big woman - women are supposed to be rounded creatures. But the fitness is important.
So here we go.
