And the Centers for Disease Control have issued a booklet and a website on how to deal with a really nasty emergency. A tornado, for instance, or a pandemic. Or indeed Social Media: Preparedness 101: Zombie Apocalypse.
Because, as they say clearly, "although you’re a goner if a zombie bites you, you can use these (First Aid) supplies to treat basic cuts and lacerations that you might get during a tornado or hurricane."
I'm glad to see they're taking these threats seriously. I think their work is wonderful, and am glad to see they can make serious and practical suggestions to give us something concrete to do when the undead start trying to take over our town.
