It's the machine's fault.

Loss This Week: GAINED 2.7 kgs.
Total Weight Loss: (censored)
The machine at the mall reckons I've gained nearly 3 kilos in two weeks. Now while this isn't impossible, I find it hard to believe that with swimming and walking and kite-flying on holidays and the usual activities here, that I've gained that much.
Two possibilities:
1) On the contraceptive I'm using the usual female 28 day event has occurred twice in 8 months. This is great, but it may mean I'm a little bloated right now, and in a week it will have gone.
2) The machine which keeps registering me at 1.59m, is inaccurate.
OK, there's no. 3. And I'll be riding the bike tonight. Stage 2 hits today. Fruit and exercise in moderate doses both.
Besides, this is a long-term thing. I'm not expecting miracles in the first few weeks. Just a slow progression. And if the first few steps are backwards, then that's just the run-up.
