T'was the night before Christmas.
And he couldn't decide
Which of the balls
Was the one he'd provide.
Would he give the bright red one,
Glowing with heat
And see his friend's smirk
Turn to laughter so sweet
Or was it the green one,
The Slytherin style,
That Severus wanted
And would make him smile.
So Lucius pondered,
Then gave out a choice
That brought quite a shiver
When he used that voice

"Severus, pick one
One you may keep.
The green one, the red one -
Decisions so deep
Or you may just hold them
And you may hold two
But give them back after
So what will you do?"
And here, for your Christmas
A sight to behold
Severus scowling
And looking so cold
And Lucius dangling
His balls out to use
And now I must ask you -
Which ball would you choose?
