First TV show I had self-insertion fantasies about:
Batman (1960s one) if you include my "imaginary friend" when I was 3. It was Robin. Otherwise, Birdman. It was another superhero cartoon from the 60s/70s.

First fandom in which I interacted (online and in person) with other fans:
Harry Potter - if you don't count devilbunnies

Pairing in the first slash fanfiction I read:
Does it count if I didn't finish it? Practically all of the Gryffindor boys' dorm. It wasn't very good.

First RPS/RPF I read:
Some rock star. But then I don't think it was really fanfiction - more porn.

First fanfiction I read that made me think, YES, this is exactly the kind of fanfiction I'd like to write:
It was an 8th Doctor fanfic piece, with smut. I was shocked - other people imagined this stuff too?

Pairing in the first fanfiction I wrote:
Hagrid/Minerva. No laughing. And as you're all asking for the link...

First OTP:
You know, for all that I write Severus/Hermione, I don't think of them as the OTP. In fact, all of the pairings I can think of also have a "walk away" component. And there aren't enough "Damned well stand on my own two feet" type stories. There need to be. Hmmm... (Watches as the bunnies start lining up and looking at me with those cute plot-bunny eyes...)

First RPS/F OTP:
Not really my cup of tea.

First fannish friend I met in person:
For SS/HG, and HP generally, it's kerravonsen. But if you include devilbunnies, it'd be Gryphon, scarily enough. And it wasn't organised - he was at the laser tag place the boyfriend of the time took me to. And my husband has pointed out that I met msmanna back in 2000 (although I didn't meet her through my own fanfic writing) and darkrosetiger in 2002 through Baldur's Gate fanfic - that my husband wrote!

First character I formally cosplayed:
Oh god - so long ago! I've done the generic Ugly Sister for a costume party, and a knight on horseback (from no particular story) for a costume comp in a parade (and I won!). But the first specific character I cosplayed? It was a New Year's Eve party and the group were trying to do a very serious King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. And our group ... I was Zoot from Castle Anthrax. Heh.

My latter-days material on devilbunnies probably counts more as fanfic to the minds of oldbies than anything else, even if it interacted with the canon. True, anyone who encountered Figgy found themselves unable to forget him, and will be haunted by bizarre dreams, and the urge to avoid figs...

Go Zoot! I must try that sometime. Since I have waaay more male friends than female, I've always wanted to dress us up as the Monty Python Knights and do the "I'm Not a Witch" sketch for Halloween.
