Windows 8 doesn't include any standard Codecs for playing DVDs and I have to find them and install them myself?

NOT HAPPY, JAN!

(Have set up VLC. Windows 8 sucks)

Windows 7 has the same problem; when my HD crashed and I restored clean, I couldn't play BluRays or DVDs anymore.

Dig a hole and bury it....we are getting clients to buy Win 7 OEM NOW so they don't wind up with a mismatch in OS across their office....
