I have fics in three different fests, all of which have started their Christmas Postings. Those fests are mini_fest, smutty_claus and sshg_giftfest.

So of course now it's the difficult time. Waiting for those pieces to show, and waiting for anything people are writing for me to show up.

All the sympathy. This is the adult version of waiting until Christmas morning to get your presents. Maybe this is why I wanted to do all the holiday fests this year?

One of my three outstanding stories just posted (eee!!), but the other two were on extension, so I don't expect to see them until much later in the month. I have nobody but myself to blame, but that doesn't make the wait less crazy-making.

At least we have some good stories posting in the interim to distract us.

Wattpad makes it simple for me: it's there and nobody is reading most of my stuff. If there was a sudden uptick in views, well, here comes trouble!
