Christmas Day is coming in...

A list for me, to make sure I don't forget anything:

Main meal:
Ham
Cold Roast Beef
Turkey breast stuffed with Camembert, cranberries and spinach - must go on at 10am at 175C
Bread rolls - must go on at 9am at 225C
Pumpkin salad - Pumpkin being cooked now, to be added to balsamic honey dressing then tossed in baby spinach in morning.
Potato Salad - Spuds need peeling and cooking then cooling
Green Salad - needs construction, do after turkey in.
Prawns - cooked and cooling
Pâté - defrosting (I made a kilogram then froze it)
Smoked Salmon - Defrosting


Dessert:
Christmas Ice Cream Pudding - in freezer, madly refreezing
Shortbread - done
Christmas Cake - done
Tiramisu - incoming (Thanks to conradin)
Fruit salad.

Gaming snacks.
Cold drinks: Lemonade, pink lemonade, lemon mineral water, lemon lime and bitters, ginger beer, coke, moscato.
