and this is the one I find amusing.
Somehow I don't think I'll have much trouble with the last requirement.
1) Answer the phone in a polite manner
2) Elicit from the client their exact problem
3) Achieve a result that meets both the customers' and the company's expectations
and this is the one I find amusing.
4) Finish the call with the customer all happy and fluffy.
